From business process to reviewed workflow
Explore Conflux’s process-mapping direction, the working foundations and the remaining steps before customer automation.
The problem: important knowledge lives in people's heads
A process guide may explain which button to press while leaving out why a decision is made or what happens when information is missing. Conflux is being developed to connect documented work, business rules and governed workflow review.
An illustrative starting point
Consider an invoice review: receive the invoice, check the required information, identify whether an approval is needed, and record the outcome. The business owner defines the rules and exceptions. This is an example to discuss, not a claim of a deployed invoice integration.
A working local example
This screenshot shows the actual development build using a fictitious supplier-invoice process. Business steps appear on the left, the generated workflow graph in the center, and simulated step outcomes on the right. Two simulated steps have been recorded; no accounting system, email service or customer account is connected.

Working foundations
Local builds include a native Edge interface, reviewed process-map drafts with business explanations and local PDF/Word export, a workflow DAG demonstration with synthetic simulations, and tenant-scoped AI governance controls. A bounded fictitious application-metadata capture has been validated. These engineering checks are not evidence of general availability or a customer deployment.
Still being developed
Customer seat activation, user-initiated screenshots, independent colleague review and the complete map-to-live-workflow journey remain pending. Live AI providers and customer system actions need their own approved scope.
What a walkthrough should establish
- One process and the people responsible for it.
- What is demonstrated with synthetic data and what is not yet available.
- The proposed deliverables, access boundaries and measures of success.
- The decisions needed before any real system action.
Discuss a defined outcome
